Shipping Service Agreement

By booking a pickup, handing over cargo, or issuing a shipping consignment with Parceleum International Courier, the sender ("Shipper") agrees to all terms and conditions detailed below.

1. Sender Responsibilities & Contents Declaration

• The sender warrants that parcel descriptions, quantities, weights, and declared monetary values are 100% accurate.
• The sender certifies that the consignment contains no hazardous, illegal, flammable, or prohibited goods.
• Proper outer packaging and interior cushioning are the sole responsibility of the sender to prevent breakage during transit.

2. Customs Clearance, Tariffs & Duties

International shipments are subject to inspection by destination customs authorities. All import duties, tariffs, VAT/GST taxes, or customs inspection fees assessed at the destination country are payable by the recipient or sender. Parceleum is not responsible for shipment holds resulting from missing recipient tax documents or customs non-payment.

3. Delivery Schedules & Force Majeure

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith. Parceleum shall not be liable for transit delays caused by severe weather events, airline flight groundings, labor strikes, customs holds, or acts of God beyond reasonable control.

4. Claims & Liability Limits

In the event of parcel loss or damage, written claims must be submitted to Parceleum within 14 calendar days of booking. Reimbursements are subject to carrier liability policies and verified commercial invoice documentation.
